Its been 33 years since Lily died of cancer.Arun is now a industrialist and running a cancer hospital in her name.Arun never overcame her death and lives a lonely and depressive life he is still a bachelor living with memories of Lily.Asha an author wants to write an autobiography on Arun.After a long chase she finally manages to meet Arun and he is shocked to see that Asha is look alike of Lily.Arun at first avoids to meet Asha as she reminds him of Lily.But is convinced by his friend Madan.Asha while working on her autobiography tries to collect his old information an comes across photograph of Lily where she finds the reason behind Arun's loneliness and earlier why he avoided her.
